After the payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If you can't find it in your mailbox, please check spam. Shipping details will be forwarded to you once the items are shipped. Allow up to four weeks to your order to be craft and shipped. Luísa Quartin's pieces are carefully made one by one with dedication in her secluded atelier. Due to the manual work we appreciate the understanding for any delay it may occur. Once your order has left our atelier, you will receive an email with the confirmation that the product has been shipped and the registration number so you can track your order here.
Shipping costs for Portugal (Mainland and Islands) 6€, European Union 16€, international shipping 37€.
If you want to exchange a piece (within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product) please send us an email and we will get in touch as briefly as possible.
Exchange and returns are only approved when the pieces don't show any usage marks, are inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice. We do not accept exchanged of custom pieces that were made according to customer preferences. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges both ways.
From the moment a package leaves the atelier we are no longer liable. Luísa Quartin cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package or loss of the package during the shipment. We are also not liable for incorrect shipping addresses. It is up to you to verify if your shipping address is correct when completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, send us an urgent email with the correct one. If the package is not sent yet we can still change it.
